Dr. Plachy came to Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates in 2009 and is a member of the Fellow American College of Physicians. A 1995 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dr. Plachy completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa in Des Moines, Iowa.   

Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1998, Dr. Plachy is a physician committed to continuous learning and hard work. He continues to remain busy both with his clinic at Lincoln Internal Medicine, as well as covering call at local hospitals. 

Dr. Plachy and his wife, Karen, have enjoyed raising their children in Lincoln. “Lincoln is exactly where I want to be both as a physician and with my family.”
