In 2012, Dr. Triggs joined Lincoln Internal Medicine after six years in private practice in Rolla, Missouri and six more years as a Hospitalist at CHI Health, Saint Elizabeth. A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO, Dr. Triggs completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI, in 2000. Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine since 2001, Dr. Triggs is also an American College of Physicians Fellow.  

Dr. Triggs’ extensive experience in private practice, hospital service, and service as Medical director of the Tabitha Cove House and Harbour House gives her patients incredible confidence with her as their provider. Her bubbly personality and compassionate approach immediately put her patients at ease.
